EAC understands that attaining excellence in the field of education requires consideration of the needs of individuals. The school provides its students with comprehensive support services. Both local and international students benefit from various student support services such as Counseling, English as an Additional Language (EAL), Portuguese Language Learning (PLL), as well as Language Acquisition.

The Korean students, representing 15% of the total student population, are served by a Korean Support department that contributes to the development and adaptation of their language and culture. Such support for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds gives them confidence and a feeling of being understood and part of the school.
